Sony Ericsson W300i is a music friendly cell phone that gets down to the beat of music and functionality. Though this W300i walkman receives a lot of speculation especially in part of US because of the statement that this was the low-end mobile phone and quite a little expensive. The design is also inspired by another chocolate bar but this is not like the other walkman phone released that swivel, this one comes with a flip phone, unlike some this one doesn’t have flash on camera though it was clear to say that it was a VGA but the output don’t give justice either.

But on the other hand there are some good things that you can count on W300i like the Photo DJ where amateur can design up capture pictures and turn it into Picasso. And if you think you this is great, then wait till you hear that this also has video DJ where you can create a slide show that can be easily be send thru Bluetooth or infrared port so sending multimedia is a hassle free. You can either personalize the themes, background colour and screensavers. And because this is under the family of walkman, it has the capability to play broad range of formats, including MP3, 3GP, AAC, MP4 and even WAV files. Downloading will be depend on the memory availability, unfortunately this only comes with a 20MB memory, so it is recommended to insert an additional Memory Stick Micro that can be buy in different sizes.

The bottom line is though this unit has the function and capability of what cell phones does it still can be compared to MP3 mobile phone, and if you want to get funky and dance to the beat of music then you can check it here how to avail Sony Ericsson W300i Walkman.

CNET Reviews:

The good: The Sony Ericsson W300i offers good call quality, a top-notch MP3 player, and a generous set of features.

The bad: The Sony Ericsson W300i suffers from poorly designed controls and keypad buttons and low-grade picture quality, and it had a tendency to freeze on occasion in our tests.

The bottom line: Though it has a few design and performance glitches, the Sony Ericsson W300i is a quality, basic MP3 cell phone.
