The Samsung SLM SGH-A747 is, as you may have guessed, a slim flip phone from the company that had been real busy churning out new mobile phones almost on a regualr basis. It is available in two colorways: blue and silver. With dimensions of 3.96 x 1.99 x0.51 inches and weighs at 3.17 ounces, it has a 1-inch display that supports 65,000 colors and 96 x 96 pixels.

The external display features caller ID and wallpaper features. The interior is a 2.25-inch, 262,000-color support display. The phone’s feature set includes text and multimedia messaging, a voice recorder, a task list, a notepad, and a calendar. Add to that Bluetooth and 3G support and you will have a reasonable phone.

However, it fails to match expectations in terms of music downloads, image quality and the call quality was just okay.
