This news is a bit of a pleasant surprise that many music afficionados have long been dreaming about. It seems like next year could be a big year for the music industry as well as for Nokia. The company announced that it will launch a new service next year that allows consumers who buy specific Nokia phones to download music for free for a year after they purchase the unit.
The company is working with Universal Music for this year-long offer. Called “Comes With Music”, this service from the company will let people to download as many songs as they want during the year after they buy the phone. Afterwards, they can still keep the music after the year is over. According to Nokia, the service will be offered initially with the company’s Nseries devices. In due time, it will eventually come to a broader range of Nokia phones. In addition, consumers will be able to download the music to both their phone and their PC.
