I hate Krazr. I just got it recently and it runs out of battery in no time. I have to switch the display light off to keep the battery running longer.
what a waste of money

cannot get the music to play even when loaded onto the microsd card correctly. Not sure what’s wrong here

I Looooooove my new KRAZR!!!! I’m crazy for KRAZR. I love how I can use the GPS because I can’t find my way out of a paper bag otherwise. I also love how when I dropped my phone in the toilet, Verizon replaced it!

Hi.. ok.. so ive had the krazr and its not bad.. i have a question with the little black device that comes with it when you buy it.. it connects to the phone.. but i have absolutely no idea what its supposed to do. can anyone help? lol

I hate the krazr with a burning passion. It’s way cute and it’s true that it has a fantastic battery life, but it freezes up 95% of the time. When I first got it, it would only freeze up when a lot of things were happening at once. (By “freeze up” I mean that either the screen goes white, or it flashes and then won’t respond, and then I have to wait several minutes before I can do anything with it.) But now, it just does it all of the time. Right now I haven’t touched it for about 15 minutes, and it’s frozen. Earlier, it was frozen and I tried calling it from my home phone, and it didn’t respond at all. I’m going to switch back to my old phone until I can make Verizon give me a new one, or I’m switching to AT&T.

I hate the Krazr the txt is slow i type s message and i have to wait for it to catch up with me it freezes on me and restarts sometimes and its not very loud

The Krazr is one of the best phones out depending on who you have service with. If you are using Verizon, then your phone is very limited in what applications you can use. My daughter has her phone with Verizon and I have mine with AT&T. If you are looking to use it for music, the Verizon phone is problematic and you can forget ringtones unless you download everything. With the AT&T service on the Krazr, music is everything and very easy to use and load onto your phone by several different sources by means of MP3 files. On Verizon, it can down load music, but all the ringtones have to be in MIDI format which is a real pain. I love my Krazr with AT&T and so does my daughter. She can not wait till here contract is over so she can change to AT&T and enjoy a Krazr that lives up to it’s name. If you use Verizon, don’t get a Krazr, not worth the frustration.

When I first bought my Krazr I absolutely LOVED it. It was (and still is) so pretty! (lol)

But just recently my phone just started freezing up ALL THE TIME. The screen would go white and I would need to close the phone and then open it after a while. Last night (new years) my phone just DIES. It was charging all night and now it isn’t even turning on. I don’t think it has water damage. hmm.. anyone else have this problem, or know how to fix it? Please help?

I have the same problem with my phone. It will sometimes freeze up on me. The best way to describe it is when Windows Explorer crashes then takes a few seconds to restart Explorer. That’s what my phone does. Also - Now my battery life absolultely stinks. It will not even last one conversation now. I’m going to go to a Verizon store to see what’s wrong.

I have the same problem with the battery life. I hav e sevice through Verizon. I noticed about a month ago that the service bars changed. I don’t know if this has something with the phone using more battery to get a signal or not. Someone help. I cannot even last a decent conversation.

at first i loved my krazr. it was something different becuase everyon i knew had a regular razr. at first it was great. about 6 months in a noticed that the battery was not lasting a whole day. which isn’t a huge deal … but slightly annoying. then it got to the point where it wouldn’t even last an hour. i went to verizon and they made me buy a new battery. again it sucks, but whatever at least it worked. now it doesn’t do that. tonight my phone just shut off and will not turn on. it says i have no service and the battery is charging. what amazes me is that my battery is new, fully charged and i have always had service in my house. this phone works ok the first year, but after that it goes to crap.

My Krazr is frozen right now. I have had it for a little less than a year and noticed the freezing up problem that everyone else has had a few months ago. Mine has been flashing on and off all afternoon and it is pretty annoying. I also noticed that the middle menu button falls off and the paint chips off pretty readily. I get my service from verizon and I am going there tonight to see if I can get a new phone!

worst cell phone I have ever had.very delicate,breaks easily,freezes up on me.charger port cover fell off-7 months.battery cover falls off-never quite stayed on from the outset.horrible battery life even after minimizing battery eating settings.reception average.belt holster a horror show.just fought with verizon and won to exchange to new lg phones to replace 2 krazrs

Had my phone two months and was proud of it it till it started freezing up with white screen when I’m trying to text. Now it won’t ring when recieving calls it will only work on vibrate. Latitude wireless sent it out and two months later when I got it back it did the same thing. They won’t replace it either.

The worst cell phone I ever had, glass front shattered after 5 months. I own the phone less than a year already had to buy a new battery ( battery swelled and kept going dead) bought a krazr for my son at the same time I bought mine, he now needs a new battery also, same problem. Don’t buy this horrible phone, freezes up all the time .. Has anyone else had the problem with the battery?? VERIZON TOLD ME THAT I overcharged it !!! only charged it when the battery was dead, but they refused to replace the battery even though the phone is under warranty,,, guess it is over for verizon when my contract is up…

i just got my krazr yesterday and i LOVE it but the only thing is that i have NO clue how to add music onto the mp3 thing. and i want to use itunes because that’s free and not VCast cuz that costs money so.. help?

I have had nothing but trouble with it. The Backlight broke so it looked like it was off when it was on. now the light works but the screen is just blank white. I wish I had gotten an LG again, my old one NEVER broke.

i’ve had my krazr for less than a year and it is already trash. a while ago it started to freeze, but not enough to be a problem. now i can’t even go to my contacts without it flashing and freezing, or completely going white. also, it won’t hold a charge. it used to be able to go for a few days without having to charge it, but now it barely stays charged for 30 mintues. my sister, who also got a krazr at the same time as me says hers freezes, but has not gotten as bad as mine.

on my way to the store now to get a new one.

I have found that any Motorola phone that uses the same battery as the KRAZR has problems. It seems to be the battery and not the phone. I purchased a new battery, and it worked fine for awhile, now a couple of months later it is starting to act the same as the first. My daughter has a different Motorola phone with this battery, and it won’t even charge now. I think I am ready for an LG phone.

I hate Krazr, I charged my phone this morning and the battery is already dead around 3:00 pm and i will let you know that I did not even use it at all.

I wish i can get a different phone in exchange of this piece of crap

This is the worst cell phone ever. Everything that everyone ha said about it freezing is very true and very frustrating indeed! And it runs out of battery in no time!

I got my Krazr for free when I said I would re-new my contract with sprint. I guess I cant stand that when I push the green talk button it takes several seconds to show my outgoing calls. I also have the problem of it freezing up all the time. I would tell peeps not to buy this phone. Since I got it for free, I really cant be to upset.

I’ve had the KRAZR for over a year now, and I suppose it’s a decent phone. If you tend to drop things, I would NOT reccomend it. I drop my phone all the time and it’s cracked all around the top and some across the bottom. The front of it also gets very dirty very easily. Finger prints are almost always visible.
Anyways, it took me around 6 months until I finally figured out how to put music on my phone and transfer pictures and videos from my phone onto my computer. If you’re having trouble, I’m not surprised. First off, the files have to be in an MP3 format or they won’t show up at all. And you can’t synchronize, either. You have to find the file which is most likely in music and then right click it and go down to “Send To” then try all of the USB ports…Mine is in J or K but I think there’s I and L and some other ones. It’s kind of confusing, but you’ll get the hang of it.
My phone freezes up every once in a while, but hardly ever. One thing that I do hate about it is that I can only record video for up to 1 minute and 42 seconds, and then I have to start a whole other one.
All in all, I’ll give this phone a 6 out of 10.

The biggest piece of crap ever made, mine is possessed and does what it wants. The battery is HORRIBLE!!! And why does it have to be so heavy?? Unfortunately I bought this on line and & stuck w it for another yr!!

I have the Krazr, and wish I had just stuck with a Nokia… its a peice of garbage. The speaker phone is terrible, battery life sux, and after 6 months the things died - the screen doesnt show anymore. Of course motorola sees a scratch on the things and wont replace it… the things scratches sooo easily. TO SUM IT UP… DON’T BY A MOTOROLA PHONE!!!!!!

Krazr’s suck! i’ve been having the same problem many others have been having. It freezes up, screen goes white and it drains my battery. you’d be lucky if it stays charged an hour!!! and forget about texting!!! you can get half a message written and it freezes up and you lose it all! i hate this phone with a passion!!!

Phone freezes quite often. I’ve had it 3 weeks if that and it freezes on a daily basis and battery lasts about 16 hours. I’m done with verizon phones as soon as my 2 year contract is over.

I can’t even find out how to get pictures off or on it. Yet I can with music.

ok so when i first got my krazr i loved it sooo much…then it turned to crap…i have had to have it replaced twice and ive gone to verizon to get a new charger, battery, and now i need to go again because it wont turn on. the battery life is horrible and it freezes on me all the time. i have heard that it has been discontinued and im not surprised. this phone is horrible. O and when i took the battery out yesterday the white circle had turned pink. i read somewhere that that ment that it was dead. I hope and pray that it is dead because I HATE IT.
