This is an entry in the too-dumb-it-is-funny-yet-it-is-real department. Most people would agree with me. See, a customer has filed a lawsuit against Apple over the iPhone. While some people would easily dismiss this claim as nothing more than a suit to get money (read: cash in) on the iPhone’s popularity, it gets even better.
First, remember when we extensively reviewed the iPhone? The part about the battery being irreplaceable? Well, any person who has bought an iPhone would know it by now, right? RIGHT?!! Well, apparently, someone did not. To make matters more ludicrous, he is suing! The man, named Jose Trujillo from Cook County, Illinois claims that Apple and AT&T misled not only him but the public for not letting them know beforehand of this predicament with the iPhone’s battery.
Little did he know that most people know that from Apple’s website, they had already let the public in on the plight of this lithium-ion battery. the battery’s life is estimated to last from 300 to 4oo charges only. So, Trujillo’s problem is he has to make a professional battery replacement, no chance of replacing it by his own.
