iPhone Bills

For anyone who has purchased an iPhone, they got the shock of their lives once they got their phone bills. It seems AT&T, the telecoms network that got the exclusive U.S. rights for the phone seemed too particular and specific regarding the phone bills. Someone even posted a video detailing her struggle to go through her 300-page bill. Yes, that much paperwork went through the billing.

The bill details every phone call, every text message and just about everything that went on regarding one’s iPhone. Every detail was included and elaborated upon. Of course, AT&T Inc. acknowledged that by default, customers receive these detailed paper bills, but then proceeded to say that users can switch to a much shorter summary, or simply do away with paper entirely, at any time. All they have to do is call customer service or simply tap into their account from the AT&T website.
