Trust Google to surface in the news almost everytime you read the papers, check the network programs or hear over the radio. You see, if there is one thing they have perfected, it is visibility. Google will do this while they have just finished doing that. In short, they are constantly on the move. You cannot fault them though. Almost everytime, they make the most sound of decisions. Right now, they did something innovative and intriguing. It could also be something monumental, you know.

See, it is being reported that Google, probably the most famous search engine in the Net nowadays, and Sprint Nextel, itself a product of an alliance, are collaborating to develop a new mobile Internet portal that uses WiMax wireless technology to offer Web search and even social networking. Sounds promising already, don’t you think?

The agreement also stated that customers of Sprint’s wireless broadband network will get Google services such as email, chat, social networking and others beginning early next year. The networking company will provide open application providing interfaces (or APIs) to the developers to enable Google Web services run on WiMax-enabled devices.
