This is one headline I really am proud of. After all, is this not the strangest of coincidences? Two companies with tutti fruity names have made an alliance to sell a product? Now, that is one story that is a rare occurrence nowadays and any day for that matter. Do not fret though. This one is totally real and is legit in terms of as big news paydays go. After all, we are talking about two popular companies joining forces to sell a highly antcipated global commodity.
In France, Apple Corp. has confirmed that France Telecom’s Orange wireless service is going to be the exclusive carrier for the mobile device that is the talk of the town: the iPhone. Now, Apple has once again shown that it would stick to exclusivity like it has done in the United States. Of course, hackers are just dying to test the system once more. Can Orange take the same heat? The iPhone is set to debut in French territory this November 29.
In the United Sates, AT&T is the exclusive carrier of the iPhone.
